Cancelling the order

The Walking Tour is purchased from Hop’n Shake Helsinki Tours booking calendar. The customer can change or cancel their booking by phone or email to Hop’n Shake Helsinki Tours in accordance with the cancellation policy.

If the customer cancels their order no later than 24 hours before the turn, the amount paid will be returned to the customer. If the customer cancels their order later than 24 hours before the tour, we will hold half (50%) of the amount paid. If the cancellation is made 12 hours before or after that the charge will not be refunded.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer must buy a walking tour before the event. The customer must make the cancellation or change according to the above mentioned cancellation policy. If the customer does not arrive to the designated starting point at the scheduled time, Hop’n Shake Helsinki Tours will not refund the amount paid.

The customer must notice the tour requirements, for example age limits.The customer must have sufficient capacity to participate in the walking tour and be able to get in and out of the means of transport independently. The customer must ensure that they have the clothing that is suitable with the weather conditions.

Customer’s personal information

When making a reservation or purchase, the customer agrees that Hop’n Shake Helsinki Tours will process their personal data to manage the booking. The information will not be used for commercial purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Hop’n Shake Helsinki Tours’ rights for changes

If Hop’n Shake Helsinki Tours can not arrange an agreed walking tour, the customer is primarily offered the opportunity to choose a new time. If the arrangement is not suitable for the customer, Hop’n Shake Helsinki Tours is required to refund the full amount paid by the customer. Hop’n Shake Helsinki Tours reserves the right to make changes.
